I've been here a couple of weeks now and I've learned a few things:

We've had a huge insurgence of newcomers lately, welcome to all.

So much for us laying below the radar. :D

Yeah, I'm in Austin now and here until Wed. Wanted to hit Dublin and then I figure up to Dallas and across I-20.

I had a friend drive out from SAN and he is flying back on Wed. One of my other friends is flying in Wed and then we're driving to RDU, where she lives. Then the "recent acquisition" aka gf, is flying down to RDU on Friday and doing the last leg with me.

By the end of this, I will have done the I-10, I-20, I-40 and I-70 routes across the country. Only two more to round out the collection. Amazingly, i've never done a single one going west, they always go east.

I guess you can take the training wheels off now. :)

The Box's elevated attention leading up to the Do and our failed attempt at (SkyTeam partner) nation building probably have the most to do with our rise in visibility. Most of us sitting together at the Larry and Jeff show and the brunch probably didn't hurt either.

Oh, I forgot to mention: for those interested golfers...is anyone opposed to not using Titleist for the instant collector's item :ROLLEYES: balls?

I found a new golf shop local to me that is willing to do the legwork for me and comparison shop the custom ball programs of all the major manufacturers...I figure that there's no harm in seeing what the other ball makers are willing to do.
