I have failed of great PWPs!
I just received a call from my Mom in Las Veagas and I have failed. She is on a flight looking for volunters and she will not wait a few more hours and get a freee trip outta it.
Where have I gone wrong. What have I not taught her. If you are offered a voucher for delay in travel you always do it. The Voucher Force is not strong with her. I do find it odd that they are in need of volunteers mid-week in LAS though. I tried for a voucher on my OKC return the other night. I was coming outta SFO and got on the earlier flight. I was patient and waited at the gate till the last minute but alas the passanger from SFO didnt make it so no oversell. The GA said she would offer me drink coupons but that since I was in first I wouldnt need them. I explained that I fly outta OKC/TUL with only one mainline a day and would take any drink vouchers that she offered for those flights. She did bring them on board as we were leaving. Interesting part is the vouchers now have an ability to get $15 off a $75 or more purchase of Duty Free items. So now I am up fours vouchers of the 16 that were stolen when my bag got lost in September in SEA. I want to fly somewhere. I need outta here! :) |
