Yeah, I'm not sure what to make of it either. I enjoy it, provides me an endless source of stories. But, it's a pretty big commitment.

I just had beef tacos that were simmered with chicken fajita mix - :(:rolleyes::mad::confused: - I didn't know that a seasoning meant for chicken when applied to beef results in a smoke flavor. I'm having a hard time reconciling that in my head...difficulty of reconcilation with other organs/parts is not known at this time.

Next time you find yourself in So. Fl., go to Publix and fly home with a loaf of onion rye bread. Could be the best kept secret in Broward/Palm Beach area.

I've never had their onion rye, but every item I have had from a Publix bakery has been excellent! I'll have to try the onion rye next time I'm down there.
