Maybe I over-parsed the OP, but she indicated that he did a summer internship with GS, and it didn't sound like that was his job coming. I don't have any good idea who's close to 5th and CPS, but in any case didn't figure a first year would be getting that perk.

God I like the idea being a State employee, unprotected, non-union State employee, but still a State employee.
