How smooth was the process? I'm considering doing this at a later date, but might need to buy 90,000 points for what I am thinking, which is 10 buy/cancels. I'm not sure if that would flag anything on their end. :-:

Too freakin easy. Made a reservation then went in and cancelled it.

No problem! More than likely you hit Ctrl and moved the scrollwheel to go up the page and it zoomed out.

If that worked it means you did one of two things to make the text small in the first place. One is to hit Ctrl-Minus. The other is to "drag" to the left on the touch pad. I used to accidentally do the latter all the time.

Finding a good point value deal with PC seems to take some digging. I think last year I used them for rewards in Paris and then used the cash+points in Rome. It worked out well for me since the EUR was high then, but now, not so much.

I used them in OTP at the IC, think I paid 30 bucks and 10K points

I know the reach of teh Pit's light rail system is very limited, but after riding it for the first time today, we have decided it will be a very nice fit for what we need. :-:

I would at least spread it out over a month or so. Also, this works best if you can use the pointbreak hotels. The one in my MIL's town is $98++ so it is a great deal for me at 5,000 points. The disclaimer even says you are buying the points and they are nonrefundable...

* To complete this Reward Night booking, I agree to have $60.00 per night for a total of $60.00 charged to the credit card I've specified above for the immediate purchase of 10,000 total points which will be applied towards this Reward Night booking. This point purchase fee is non-refundable.

Mrs. Mackie is a violent defender when it comes to the Dutch Oven.

Does violent defense include the page in the playbook entitled "turnabout is fair play"?

It does indeed. It isn't right.

If you can make use of it (as I do), PitRail is quite nice. How are you enjoying your new corner of our festering beacon of ?

Anyone want to be a Reward Manager for a loyalty scheme company in NYC? Wife's company is hiring.
