Free gogo on my flight today for clicking on a FedEx ad. Good thing I actually read the ad as I was about to pay the discounted mobile device price and suck it up.

My original flight made it out 95 minutes late. As I left the SKL I noticed a JFK flight still on-time about 60 minutes earlier. I wandered over to the gate and asked if there was any chance. Agent noted it was full but that they had a few no-shows. I gave her my BP, thanked her and stepped out of the way. Another woman behind me did the same thing.

In the mean-time some DYKWIA wench is railing against the GAs about how unconscionable it is that she is in a middle seat while others were being upgraded. Her once monthly transcon business from SEA simply was not being respected. I managed to maintain my composure and not laugh out loud at her until the GAs brought me and another EWR passenger down the jetway to put us in standby seats. The two of us got aisle seats while the DYKWIA got her middle seat.

Yeah, that's karma for you.
