Son just came home from football practice-they ended early. ^
The bad part: he gave me the blow by blow action of his barfing while running tires. yuck :eek: :D good thing this stuff doesn't bother me. This might teach him not to eat just before practice. |

Last time I flew non-exit row Y on NW was well before the 30" pitch days. I've only flown in Y on a NW DC-9 once in the last 16 years, and that was last fall, the day after the CO/NW reciprocal upgrade agreement ended. But, I had the exit row, so no complaints. I've not flown a US 734 in Y since they reduced the pitch in those either, but I came close last year. Their 733s are hell with 31" pitch, and those have the same seats as the 734s, so I can't imagine flying one of those planes.

Evening all
Currently in the Senator Lounge at IAD due to my friends at Commutaire dba CO Connection. The flight from IAD to CLE is currently 3.25 hours late but it is in the air (yea!!). The big question is whether it will fly to CLE tonight or if it gets cancelled. No help from the overworked GA so I gave up and came to LH and got dinner thanks to the lounge. Thanks to all for the info that got me here ^. Been a heck of a day, starting out in Greensboro NC (added another city and airport to the list), but all the flights today have been FUBAR. Was suppose to get home at 6 PM, now who knows. I have no idea why I agreed to fly Commutaire again since they did a number on me when they flew the CLE-JFK route and I swore to never fly them again. Really dumb but idiots need reinforcing. Anyway busy tracking the flight and will return to the gate when it lands or I get thrown out of the lounge. :p |
