Once it dropped below 90 I went after it.

I'm really on the fence on this one. As a homeowner with an HOA, some folks stopped paying just because they had an issue with the builder. Had nothing to do with the HOA. Rest of us get stuck with the bill. What's the recourse?

But.. to take away a home over a few hundred bucks.. there has to be a better way. Not sure.

Get the liens now or get screwed later. My co-op will go after anyone and do so with a vengeance.

I went for a pint of 4Pines Kolsch. Local brewery and empty stomach. Probably not a good pairing, though the beer is delicious.

A :D event at work today. I was sitting at the admin desk grumbling at the computer when a co-worker from down the hall walked down the hall and then back doing the "I'm hot and know it" walk. I got to watch her both times. The things you can see from an admin desk.

Lucky you!;)

Note the word "deferred". This year it will be difficult to come by.

If it's well into next year, let it ride without angst. If the EUR really were to unravel, you and I and everyone else would all have much bigger problems to deal with.

But it's looking like you've got a pretty good chance of treating your wife very well on an affordable Italian getaway this year.

I was denied for the HOA board ballot on the lien thing. Apparently, B of A, which is a big owner of units, didn't like my platform...

Please say it ain't supported by...COBOL?

I don't know the underlying system but the codes (1K, 1P, 2P, 3P, GS) are the actual db entries, not just something some FTer made up to sound obscure and ridiculous.

I can see how that would be a problem.

Fricking beautiful day out here. I gotta get moving and see more of the city.

Yikes -- I guess they can't be depended upon to necessarily keep paying the HOA fees!

The orginal concept of the Euro was to be par with the USD.
