Anyone know what time Steve Jobs will be speaking at the developer's conference on Monday? I'm sure we'll be commenting on here on all the new developments.

Nope, these cars were definitely missing their rear plates. We saw close to a dozen of them...

(It's weird to hear someone say I'm moving... I guess it hasn't hit me yet! :))

It will when you get to your empty house and the boxes start rolling in!!! :)

Weather starting to clear here in SYD. Methinks it is time to head to a beach.

Have a great time!!

I understand the woman in this story has issues, but is there something wrong with asking for help?

You put a lien on the house, not use the state laws to foreclose and sell for $3,500. :-:

Deadbeats are not a great thing, and I'm not defending them, but the HOA's actions are ridiculously disproportionate to the debt owed. And the state laws allowed for it to happen. :-:

I agree w/ you. Our HOA (when I lived in FL) did put a lien on the condo. They did not pursue a foreclosure. Looking back upon it now, foreclosure is too much for the amount owed.

I pitched BKK to the wife leading with the resort that belynch linked yesterday and followed it up with an elephant ride. She was :D:cool:. So now we begin to investigate that as a possibility for next year. ^

With the EUR dropping like a rock, I hope I can find some good fares in the fall to CDG during the winter. :-:

There was so much :mad::rolleyes: over that, that it was rescinded.(The county clerks actually led the revolt.) Now you just new(ugly) plates if you actually need them or feel like paying for them.

The HOA at my condo in PSP is facing a big issue with this. Probably 30% of the units got foreclosed by banks and then said banks did not pay the HOA fees (or did so sporadically). I am part of a group of neighbors who is pushing for placing liens on the places to avoid future financial issues with the complex.

I'm so glad that I don't have to do ugly! The only thing they matched was my 1971 Fiat 750 spyder!
