Just finished the write-up from the focus group on Monday. It needs one or two rounds of polishing but the heavy lifting is done. Now just to hope that my partners can convert it to a sale to the customer. Offering the initial review for free (only partial T&E covered) is always a bit of a risk.

I about the same sort of luck on DL as I had as a Chairmans on US until HP started with its baloney.

I do well remember that ice storm day since I was at FLL going somewhere else on CO but had walked over to the US terminal to get an international paper ticket fixed. The crowds of stranded travelers lying around the US terminal were not to be believed. It was just their luck that the airline was doing a botched job of changing systems that day and had no idea of what it was doing.

The gate agents at TPA told us that we had to call reservations and rebook ourselves, since they couldn't do it. I was bailed out by an ITA search and our corporate travel agent (one of the many ways in which our small corporate agency has saved my bacon). If I had to rely on US, I would have been stuck there for days. They were unable to rebook me on the (US) flight that I ended up taking.

What's up my hommies.
