Of course, I don't know your situation, but I DO know that realtors often will get you all in a frenzy to spend money that you won't see 100% return on in order to make your house more sale-able, thus shortening the time THE REALTOR has to represent seller --AND -- increasing REALTOR fee. just sayin' ;) |
