I also went over today for the first time in several weeks and it was ugly. I really was sucking wind.

The only compensation was watching two aspiring defensive backs doing the ladder backward stepping routine over and over with an instructor as I rode the stationary bike. In the twenty minutes I was there I actually could detect solid improvement in one of them but watching the instructor demonstrating was really a great show.

This hobby of ours is intense and add in being sick in a city that is not our home city and then you come to appreciate all the happiniess of these trips!

Is he alright? (sorry if I missed an update)

Guess it's better than bowling and getting a Turkey:rolleyes:

The local bowling alley has Black Night Wednesday. Games are $2 and the place is packed with teens and young adults. They all wear white so that they glow in the dark.

Atleast you didn't kill him. ;) That alone should be good for another date.
I wish I could have been more help to you.

Glad you're both home. Tell "the patient" I said Hi.

He is doing much better. I think it was a lot for both of us. Glad to be home and relaxing tonight, ie doing laundry so I can go to work tomorrow!

SFOGate, you did plenty, trust me. I will say that some of your co workers in the morning could use a little training. When I asked about putting him on the list I got that FC was checked in full and that there was no chance of the upgrade. The one that had to call me for the battlefield was none to happy about that I am sure. Turning me away for the upgrade list because he was on a reward was one thing, but turning me away for FC being checked in full is completely different as I reminded both of them, people check in for flights all the time and do not show. (At that point I may have just outta of because of the weekend!)

The Yankees just lost to the Orioles, a team that was 3-16 and hadn't won a game at home.

Needless to say, I spent most of the night yelling at the TV.
