Well, this is lovely:

The Houston City Council has approved an increase of water rates in Houston.

Earlier this week, the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Committee recommended as much as a 30-percent increase for some households in Houston.

Single-family homes would pay $1.59 to $26.03 more for each gallon of water used, with the average household paying about $13 more a month.

Apartment residents and residents of multi-family homes would pay more under the proposed plan.
I'm pretty sure the quote isn't entirely accurate ($1.59 to $26.03 more for each gallon) (!?!?!), but I know that the city council has decided to screw with apartment residents. Just how much they've decided to screw over apartment residents is still to be seen. :mad:

They mean $1.59 to $26.03 more total.

I got a Monty Python one in there the other day too.

Someone was asking regarding the validity of a warranty claim if a seagull dropped a shell on our product (apparently that's common) and it broke. I replied that it depended on whether it was an African Seagull or not.

They were obviously laden in this example.:-:

Morning Box.

Off to PVG next Thurs, and still wait listed with 26 seats still available on the seat map. For the love of god, why won't they just process my damn upgrade!?
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

That's right, puke green J-E-T-S fans. Them and the Uggles fans keep reminding themselves how to spell.

I feel sick. We just had to try one fried and one grilled so we each bought a fried and split a grilled. Not a good idea considering I have meetings the rest of the day.

I'm liking it as a backup. If it's this easy to rack up ridiculo points during the promo period, I'm just going to bank a bunch and hold them for future Suite stays at Park Hyatts.

Suite stays are three-day minimums - my current plan has me ordinarily redeeming points at otherwise-expensive international Category 1-3 hotels, with Park Hyatts reservations covered by FFN / NBT / BWB nights.

I think :rolleyes:v is hellbent on creating an international incident. After his little kerfuffle on the LH forum the other day, now he's riling up the French on my :rolleyes:book.
