Any reason you chose LHR over BRS/BFS/GLA/EDI?

Meeting a former client from Chicago over there (the one I introduced to FT, and she wants to do a MR - pending her husband's approval :) ) and other friends who live in London.

Other destinations are as good or better, but I know people in London - hence the destination. And the Le Meridien Piccadilly is calling my name again...

Good moring, box. I was offline yesterday, and have just caught up with the Box. Warning: multi quote ahead....

That's why I opted for points, rather than free nights, as my promo. The points won't expire, and they are fungible.

Smart move. Make sure you take advantage of the "G bonuses" for your stays, It enhances the point benefits of your stays. ^

I made sure to ask for those during my stays last week, thanks to you edifyig me.

Anyone seen the new Tiger/Nike ad ? :td:

sbm12 Apr 8, 2010 8:05 am

Greetings from the new laptop. I ended up following the wizard of fozz's advice and splurged on the larger Toshiba. I've got a week in the air starting tomorrow to figure out just how big a difference the extra inch on the screen and the pound in the weight are. I will say that opening it up when I got home, my initial reaction was, "Wow, that's a huge screen." It is only an 11" screen, but enormous compared to the 9" I was using before.

Now I just have to make sure I can get it fully configured to my likings before I leave tomorrow.

Nein!

And NSFW is an acronym for Not Safe For Work. Generally means it contains nudity or other stuff you probably shouldn't look at while at work.

The dwelling itself is a large house converted to three units. My guess is too much load from AC yesterday and last night, as we woke up to it being out.

I would love to understand while a front passage causes my sinuses to kick into overdrive and make my nose run like Forrest Gump.

It's interesting and engaging and it's making people talk so I suppose it's working. Although I have mixed emotions about exploiting something like this.

As a former Ad guy, I don't know how I'd feel about it if I was in the Nike marketing dept. Is this really the kind of brand recognition you want? Do you want your brand to be associated with this?

And then, on the flip side, the Tiger brand is pretty sunk. But why would he agree to monetize this when he should be doing what he can to get back his clean-cut image. Yes, sex sells. But this isn't sex. It's shame.

True enough. I was looking at tickets, and if I tried to upgrade an S-class ticket both ways, then I may as well buy the BF ticket to begin with and get the added EQM/EQP.

Now the key is making sure I'm in NJ for work those two weeks... so my positioning flights are paid for...

I'm guessing it's not a central HVAC system then (as most converted houses are)? Was it only your apt. that was dark?

You're in for a looooooong summer.

Sure you can :)

When the Mexicana F mistake fare came up, I booked us two for the week after our wedding. We consider that honeymoon #1 (IAH-ORD-MEX-PVR-MEX-ORD-IAH). Honeymoon #2 was to be to Phuket, but I was sick, had to postpone, and by that point was with bljr and waited until 2nd tri to enjoy it a bit more. We went to St. Kitts and had a great time. I enjoyed snorkling with my extra buoyancy ;)
