My flight didn't have a shrine. I was surprised that it was under 14 hours Eastbound.

I'd like to get back to BKK. Saw some Thai Orient classic 747s on the apron, and had to wipe a bit of drool off my chin afterwards.

Anyone have opinions on the value of a CR1 in SPG points or eCerts? I've had a couple offers in CC but have no idea if they are reasonable or not.

fozz would probably know, he currently does not have any though, I was looking for one the other day. Luckily for me I did not go to CC, as it would have gone to waste since I bypassed JFK and was sent to ORD from WAW.

I think they make most of their money on the packages they offer and not the actual flight.

They are indeed profitable. I'd really like to give their FLL-BGR route a try, as I've enjoyed my experiences with them so far.

ConciergeMike, FYI, that engineering firm we were all  about for doing the "green layoff" (that's what it's called, I kid you not) will be shutting down and disappearing on May 12.
