COFlyerCLE, you've got a gorgeous backyard! I have no desire to ever have to maintain a yard like that, but I'm quite jealous you have such a nice outdoor retreat.

Thank you! It is something we work hard on, and really enjoy entertaining, so it turns out to be a perfect place for that. It is a lot of work on weekends, but both of us kind of enjoy the work. It makes the relaxation afterward even better!

I'm sure everyone has heard the term, "sleep like a baby." Though, babies generally sleep like crap... or so it seems. Not in my house. This little one goes to sleep between 8 and 9, and wakes up around 9:45-10:00.:D:D:D So, in my case, "sleep like a baby" does actually mean something good.^

Lucky you!^ My babies never slept like that until they were teens!:D

Oh and it hailed last night. The weather was beautiful this morning-clear skies and cold but it that has since changed to windy and overcast.

Poor you!:(

Yard Work in Teh Pit is . However, you can generally get away with planting stuff like Bananas, Mulberry Trees, Lime Trees, Fig Trees, Loquat Trees, Clementines, etc., and just waiting for food to arrive.

Unfortunately, the particularly cold winter put a damper on my hope for bananas. Will be at least two years before those are back on track to make some food. Loquats, Figs, Limes and Mulberries should all be in decent shape at the right times, though. Will have to plan a trip out to the parental units' place at the appropriate harvest times. :D
