I am thinking about starting a thread in the main forum about my positive experience with UA during irrops. I noticed 16 hours prior to departure that my flight was delayed so much that it would cause a mis-connect and force an overnight for me at my connection point in SFO. With relatively little effort on my part, I was able to get the ICC agent to re-issue my ticket on UA/CO and was off the phone with them in about 10 minutes. I think CO could learn a thing or two from UA in situations like these.

2. Why oh why are you in Atlanta.

Is that Craft - as in Tom Colliccio's place? I've always wanted to try that out - there's one in the W-Dallas.

I would have been much less subtle taking that shot. ;)

So does anyone care that Jeff is going to cxl flights instead of dealing with the new fines for keeping passengers hostage? Go over to that thread and feed the folks.

I am, but I've said my peace.

I finally got my business tax paperwork out to the accountant. Now I have to wait for his email reply tomorrow telling me what I got wrong and what I need to fix.
