Hey -- look on the bright side -- at least you're on a flight and it sounds as if you didn't have to pay any extra $.

That's what I figured. We don't do mixes. It's too easy to make pancakes from scratch.

Yawn, morning Box. I got a text from ALCO last night extolling the virtues of Perry's. Mmm, meat. :D

Back up to AUS today. Hopefully we'll make it in before the rain starts.

Yep I agree, making cookies and baked goods take all of 1-2 min more to do from scratch. Now issue with malted flour is, I think I have seen it in all of 3 stores in my life  I know such exists, but can't tell someone 'WHERE' to get it quickly.

lived in St. Pete. a bit of a drive, but I didn't mind :)

We make everything else from scratch, but can't replicate these on our own.

Wouldn't be caught dead making boxed mixes for anything else though.

Google is your friend! I'd try a local health food store.

Yes that is one place I have seen it before, but the local one closed :(

(remember I am in an entire county that is land area 3x larger than NYC, and a population of less than 30,000 people)

And I generally have more 24 hour shopping than many large cities :p
