Back online. Walked the grounds here in the development, and I found a short sale. I intend to pursue -- I may double down here.

We would move and double our space and rent existing unit out to cover cost of existing (and half of new unit) mortgage basd on current costs.

What a horrible night. My 16 year old kitty who has been the picture of health just started pouring blood from her mouth. It was a one-way trip to the animal hospital unfortunately for her. I'm completely unprepared for this and my house looks like a serial murder ran through it.

I'm very sorry about your kitty :(

It is New Jersey, however...

Hello Box. Greetings from the Westin Buckhead in ATL. The last few days have been crazy. The final three days of the conference in PR were busy, especially as I had to fill in on a few presentations for a colleague who had to return home for a family situation. We did manage to have a lot of fun too, particularly last night, during which a ponderous amount of alcohol was consumed.

I have been trying to catch up on the last four days of teh Box, but I fear it is futile. I will attempt to read a few more dozen pages tonight.

Hill Country Wildflowers

When does hill country wildflower season begin? When is the best time to go? Any recommended websites to look ati? I want to take photog72 jr and get her some pertty pictures.. perhaps even put those on our holiday cards. I was out there last year... for work. This time, while we're living here, I might as well go for fun. Perhaps a tour at the Blue Bell Ice Cream factory is in order as well.

TIA

UA delayed flt74 which will cause a miss-connect for me in SFO. I called UA and they changed us to HNL-LAX-EWR with LAX-EWR operated by CO, but the confirmation they gave me does not pull anything up on CO.

Now on the phone with UA again to get the correct CO record number.

sfogate, we will miss you in SFO this time. :(

EARLY morning greetings box, from the lobby at the 4pts LAX

My connection from COPA's PTY flight to CO's LAX's redeye to IAH did not go well. I screwed up large

CM302 arrived as scheduled at 11pm
The bus over to TBIT took a while but I was first through Passport control, Customs apparently missed the memo that a flight was due in and it took awhile for them to get things in order. Had a small Q&A session and made it outside.
Decided I had enough time to catch Bus A, which was not my original plan.
Original plan was to walk over to T6
Well I got antsy since i had just missed an A bus, hoped on the Parking lot C bus, just knowing they would stop at T6. They did, sorta, except it was T5 then straight to the parking lot. Why I didn't bail there, I'll never know
I got to see all of the lovely Parking Lot C, we were touring zone a32 while my planned flight was boarding

Called OP line, they were willing to charge(a LOT) for changing to a later flight as I hadn't officially missed my flight yet, they suggested getting to Ticket counter and let agent work on it

Arrived at ticket counter about 12:20, no one was home. All closed up till the morning.

Called OP line back after I had officially missed flight, still will not confirm me a seat without paying fare difference.

Looks like choice is to just get back to airport early and "hope", I guess for stand-by. Seems IAH-RDU is full,on many\most flights, which is creating issues.

there's a
7a to IAH, showing plenty of seats
a 715a to CLE-showing 10 seats
a 7a to EWR-5 listed

UA has a couple going out around 6-wonder if they'll take a CO pnr

Thank goodness 4pts is close by and the bar stays open late

The thing will barely open and close now because it's so full. Hence my refusal to spend money on something we have tons of at home already, just in smaller containers.

I was happy to have my hotel shampoos & conditioners when I went to CR -- as I ended up giving some to my friends -- who forgot to bring some!^ (We were staying at a rustic B&B -- so no 'amenities'!)

Also, my son is able to use them, as well!^
