Stop it already.

It is hard enough to keep up with the fast pace of this thread without having to unnecessarily flip between pages just because you're bored on a conference call.

I don't know that I've ever been multi-quoted to such an extent. :D

Before turning 21, I had flown less than 75K lifetime miles, and had never been out of North America. I've been making up for lost time, ever since.

Prior to turning 21, I didn't even have 20K miles. If FM/OF had existed, I would have had a very short list:

STL-IAH sometime in 1980 when I was an infant.
STL-JFK-CDG (TW800, coincidentally enough, a few months before the flight that went down)

At least I was pretty well-traveled in the US growing up as the product of frugal parents who liked driving vacations. I did have about 30 states checked off before I graduated high school. I'm now at 47 (need SC, MT, ND)

So it is written. :-:

I wish I had managed a classic narrowbody 4-holer. I'll compensate in a few weeks with the Fisher Price version (BAe 146-100 :D)

I flew on those a few times back when United Express was operating them (I think Air Wisconsin was the operating carrier) doing ORD-SYR hops for work. It was the only RJ with realistically-sized overheads on UA until the E70s came out.

I've only done the BAe 146-200/300, and Avro RJ-85. The -100 will be a new one for me.

Interestingly, there are llama farms out on the ranches in CO, too!

But, I'd love to see the llamas in Lima!:D^
