Wow, CO has *five* LHR-EWR flights in late December.

Well, after I just spent $900 to change next week's ticket to accommodate the client's :rolleyes: requirements... They asked us to cancel everything for next week and not come in next week so they could re-align themselves :rolleyes:
Whatever. It gives me an unexpected week at home, and a chance to sleep in the new bed we got. But it will be the first week I haven't flown in months... so maybe we can find a cheap flight to Vegas... ;) |

Well I'm really taxing my memory to enter my 2001 data. It's really tough when you are going on a cruise and they buy the tickets so my CC documentation isn't complete. I know I went from either EWR or SWF and through CVG to MSY. I remember it was at the time one of subsidiary airlines that used CVG was on strike but I'm pretty sure I was on Delta. If anyone knows that Continental didn't use CVG in 2001 I'm pretty sure it was the SWF departure.

Proof-positive that WE CARE works (sometimes)
So today at the DFW PC, one of the agents came looking for me and thanked me for taking time to send a letter to CO calling out their great service. I was surprised that the kudos got to them with my name on it, but I'm glad to see the system does work.
(The box of Vosges I left them probably didn't hurt either) :cool: |
