UA is quite specific on VDB values. They start at $200 for up to 2 or 3 hours, I think.

Never been to MDW, never been in IAD, Never been to Dallas, period. Any other areas of the country I missed that have at least two pretty large airports? I guess LAX does have a couple as well. I've only been to LAX and SNA.
