Got all 3 S. Florida and will have two of three Bay Area as of tomorrow. Got both CHI and two of three NYC's (missing LGA). Only got BWI and not the other two. Only got IAH/DFW, not respective others. Got LAX and SNA both.

LAX isn't materially different than SAN. It is significantly better than SFO. YMMV with SJC.

I'm not talking 100% WX. I would rather deal with the traffic in and around SAN compared to LAX. I just don't care for LA. I do like the smaller city/metro area for SAN. My wife lived in La Jolla for 5 years while growing up. I saw her old house, and I could live with a view of the Pacific sunset everyday.:D

The last two years have been pretty ridiculous for me. So, I don't mind that the "My Itineraries" page on UA is empty, and will remain empty for some time.

Back to some traveling. Curious about airports. More specifically, how many of you have flown into or out of all 3 Bay Area airports SJC/OAK/SFO (different times throughout your life)? What about all 3 major NYC airports? Both CHI airports? The 3 south Florida airports (MIA/FLL/PBI)? Airports in the WAS area (DCA/IAD/BWI)? Both HOU and both DAL airports? Connections are fine too.

Have all as of 6/8 February (HOU) except PBI.

I had one good run with AmEx where I got up to something like 185K. I cashed out for a TaylorMade R7 in 425cc, an HP printer, and gift cards to Staples and B&N. Then I realized that my most often wanted item (B&N GC's) were something like 200:1 spend to redeem ratio. Since then, all of my MR points have gone to CO or HH.

Except for cleaning out my account at the end of carrying the Corporate Card, I think almost all my points went toward travel.

Never been to MDW, never been in IAD, Never been to Dallas, period. Any other areas of the country I missed that have at least two pretty large airports? I guess LAX does have a couple as well. I've only been to LAX and SNA.

Bay Area: all 3

Major NYC: LGA/JFK/EWR/ISP (People's Express ^)

Chicago: ORD only

Dallas: DFW

LA/So-Cal : LAX, BUR, ONT SNA, SAN, SBA, PSP, SMO, LGB, CLD (I may be forgetting one or two)

That is all.

From my corporate training days, I've even been to three of the four cities in "All My Exes Live in Texas".

Never flew in/out of there. I always drove from upstate NY.

I can also add:

BUF, ROC, SYR, ALB, Hamilton, NY (no airport code -- I flew in on a private corporate jet)

With my move to Tennessee being fairly recent (2006), I would wager at least half my flights involved BWI, IAD, or DCA, which a FTer has recently and creatively combined into the moniker BWIADCA.

Are there any airports (with commercial service) in NY state that I have missed? Is there flight service into Binghamton or anywhere else?

I am sure I am missing a few...
