When about did you open the account and get the first 5 purchases completed?

Brituchenite, Scott6067, FT Lurker, and Steph3n, just FYI (according to SeatCounter):

JFK-PTY: 3 seats left for Y fare, 9 for C,D,I,Z ^
PTY-MEX: showing up as Aeromexico with 9 Y fares and 1 J (CM's website confirmed by only showing 1 F seat for sale....helloooo exit row! (14A)) :td:

MEX-PTY: 5 in D & 8 in J (also showing up as Aeromexico....this UG will be hit or miss)
PTY-JFK: 0's across the board but CM's site will sell me 8 F tix

Just in case, does anyone know if a Copa VDB credit will be usable on CO or only on CM?

Well, let's all just keep our fingers crossed that at least some of us will get upgrades.

More fun if you say it like Beavis.

I think the coolest part of the whole numbering thing is that the number is decided by the percentage of land mass either to the west or the south of the highway. East/West - even numbers that decrease as you move South; North;South - odd numbers that decrease as you move West.

Is it 5 purchases month/quarter or just 5 purchases period to keep it fee free?

You'll need to have valid registration from another state in your name or the title in your name. Prepare for  on taxes if the vehicle is remotely newish.

I believe that I don't have to pay to have to title changed to my name since it's a relative "selling" me the car. It's a 2001 Mercury Sable and I hope I don't have to do the smog test.

I have no registration for the car. Might have to ask BIL where that is since he striped the car of everything except the owner's manual.

I opened the account on 1/29 and completed the 5 purchases about 2 weeks later. The first bonus was for the first purchase using the debit card. The other half of the bonus (for making 5 purchases) supposedly takes a bit longer.

Does our resident Magic 8-Ball have the ability to look at the bumpability of CM flights??

Shes just like that. I cant really blame her because she puts in 12-14 hour days 6 days a week and the owners dont *award* her contribution.

I hate it when they rename places. I still refer to the concert hall/arena in Honolulu as the HIC and yet they changed the name atleast 20 yrs ago to Neal Blaisdell Center.

Just like I won't call IAH by the former President's name. Houston Intercontinental Airport is just fine. Just like Washington National, and the Florida Turnpike was just fine before its name change.

Ithaca College is over by Walmart and stuff. Ok, Wegmans is over there too. Enjoy the worlds most boring car drive to get there.

I am not too in the mood to twist myself upside down to locate the button or toggle switch under the dash board near the steering column.

I figure that's how I'll teach my son how to steal cars when I force him to do this for me. :D

I think it's after market since you are talking about the button. I've never had a button on an alarm system that's part of the oringal manufacture. It's usualy a red button and it will be mounted on one of the visable plastic dash board panels. You should be able to find it by running hand along it.

You will have to get it smogged since it has never been registered in California before.

See: http://dmv.ca.gov/pubs/brochures/howto/htvr1.htm

Edit: Since it's a 2001, no tax will be due. I think it will run about $113 to get it registered and everything. That is exclusive of any fees to do the title transfer.

YES!

And if we're talking about things that are fun to say, then indeed, the capital of formerly-Upper-Volta takes the cake. OUAGADOUGOU. Heck yeah. :D
