The subway was surprisingly crowded at 1:30am. And the Copa check-in line at 2:30am was 30 or so deep. I'm glad I had access to the Class Ejucitiva line. Of course, the Oasis lounge is closed until 4am and we're apparently starting boarding 90+ minutes prior to the scheduled departure with a hope of getting off the gate early and de-icing and not being too late. And I'm #1 on the upgrade list with empty seats available. So that should be OK. But I'm definitely questioning my sanity in planning the trip this way.
