Also, changed my NY Grand Hyatt reservation to Sun. night from Mon. night -- don't want to risk having trouble getting home on tues. if there really is snow!

Hey -- what's the deal with the BD 5K point promo? I signed up for BD & got the number, but am not clear if I have to register for said promo -- or if it's automatic if I do the required stays! Am planning to do first 'stay' tonight!;)

mnmag - just listened to your VM - it's a no go for me this weekend and Monday. Mr.Brit is off to Vegas with his buddy and so I am a golf(?)-widow for the next several days ....:( I don't think I like this idea of him flying without me....

I would just hop in a cab. Car service is overrated

Except at EWR going into NYC where the taxis are more expensive. Or when the taxi lines are 30-60 minutes.

did you sign up for a Wyndham account and select BD points instead of hotel points?

Not much traffic around midnight but the cost would likely be the same expecially if you use one of the $5 off coupons in the CO magazines. My problem with most car services is that you have to pay extra to have them stand inside with your name on a board or you have to call them once you land and they'll send a car. I stood outside waiting for 20 minutes on one around the holidays 2 years ago and swore them off.

Cab will likely be cheaper or the same. The only question would be the cab line.

And, much like FT Lurker, I can give you a reference for a next level up car service that I use. It's $10 more for the fare but new, clean cars and nice drivers.

My dog is so stupid that she doesn't eat her own poop but the poop of other dogs at the dog park. Oh and for your daily dose of gross: she eats it straight from the doggie's poop hole.
