Just to make sure everyone knows - the discount doesn't apply to the prices until you select BOTH flights. The prices shown when navigating individual flights are the prices for no promo being applied.
Like I noted upthread, I had no issue using one of my certificates to lower the price $50. Regardless of what the certificate said, I used it on a T fare and dropped the price $50.

What happens to my highly prized and coveted 09CHFS coupons on March 3??? I can no longer use them on a CO flight and I just got them a few weeks ago.

Are these still good?
I just received mine today. I really meant to cancel that card...ooops.
However, I do have flights to book that seem to qualify with all of the restrictions. Unfortunately, united.com does not recognized them.
Has anybody been successful at redeeming these since 3/3?

1. Booked our fights online.
2. Total came to $882.
3. Then I remembered that we had those Continental Chase MC coupons.
4. Canceled first set of flights. Went online and tried to enter coupons.
5. Website wouldn’t take coupons. Called Continental.
6. Spent 45 minutes on the phone, only to find out that the fare class didn’t qualify for the coupons.
7. Went to rebook the tickets, the fare had gone up in the last hour!
8. Fare was now $912.
9. Rebooked but chose an better departure time, since it was now the same price.
10. Got confirmation – wait! Now we’re a different fare class.
11. Tried to enter reservation and coupon online again – unsuccessful.
12. Called Continental. It took the agent 45 minutes to successfully enter the coupons.
13. I have your new fare, she said - $606.
14. Over $300 less than booking online, even though Continental charged $50 for using an agent to book!
15. Cancelled excess flights.
16. Even got better seat assignments.

Used e
I just used one today - saved 100 bucks on a JFK-LAX ps flight. Had to book at least V or higher but that was all that was available anyway, and had to fly out on Thurs and back on Mon (no Fridays/Sundays).
To get the fare I had to "ask alex" - you can't really enter the right codes at regular checkout. if you type "chase travel certificates" into her little help box she points you in the right direction, and you enter the offer code and book from there.

Got these in the mail, and as a EWR hub person I balked at the restrictions, BUT:

Thats like asking SMI/J a question, and his robot lips reply "best service" and "most professional" . But Alex is sexy when gets upset when you call her an ankle.

Came out as $213 instead of $238.
Not sure why all the complaints, maybe I was just lucky?

I tried to use it online last night but the system wouldn't take so called web support who agreed there was a problem using it online.
But got thru to web support fairly quickly and they were willing to do the ticketing.
