Ability to get in even on connecting segments rather than only at the gateway for non-status customers. Nothing different once inside.

Nada - but it would be nice if CO set aside the IAH E Club upstairs as a BF International Lounge with a Delta-ish dinner/salad/dessert buffet, better quality drinks, etc. It's something they could put up and take down each day without needing to build-out a new club. The front desk could hand out passes to eligible visitors (BF boarding passes only) which would be shown to an agent after getting off the elevator.
They would need to open for HNL/NRT, then close, then re-open for Europe/South America. The upstairs area could revert to normal PC amenities and access outside those periods.
Significant value-add for minimal cost.

Good luck with that one. I think most of us would be happy if they just put in soups like Alaska or a noodle bar like ANA.

(although I get endless amusement watching people use mini-moos for their cereal, not realizing there's a milk dispenser in the PClubs)

I think we know the information - NO entry to the PC without a PC or partner club membership, or a BusinessFirst or International Business boarding pass. The rule is simple.
The only open question for me is whether or not a UA 1K flying PS can use their BP to get into a PC irrespective of their right to enter the RCC.

Just curious - if you fly enough to be 1K, clearly spending a lot of time in airports, why wouldn't you invest in a Club membership or a credit card that includes the membership?
If 9 out of 10 of your flights are BF (or the UA equivalent), I could understand it, but you don't indicate what % of your flights are domestic.

As far as domestic vs international: I fly by far more international on Star Alliance, which resolves the question of access to the lounge due to Star Gold membership.
Regarding domestic travel: less in my control and I still fly a lot of SW and non-Star Alliance.

Hyperboles are exaggerations to create emphasis or effect. As a literary device, hyperbole is often used in poetry, and is frequently encountered in casual speech. An example of hyperbole is: "The bag weighed a ton".[2] Hyperbole helps to make the point that the bag was very heavy although it is not probable that it would actually weigh a ton. On occasion, newspapers and other media use hyperbole when speaking of an accident, to increase the impact of the story. This is more often found in tabloid newspapers, which often exaggerate accounts of events to appeal to a wider audience.

But the thought of pancakes for breakfast and soups the rest of the day has been the only time ever I wanted to go an try a domestic lounge.

Well, I thought about it but as stated before, since I never had a problem entering RCC's anyway, why reallly bother.
