Add me as a maybe. I just need to find a good airfare. Also I will want to stay at a Hilton or Starood hotel. Any recomendations that are resort style and close to the suggested Marriott hotels?

We will be staying in or around LAX in late October for a day before we head to Kansas City. Arriving at 7 am but will not get into our room until early pm. Is there something we can do to pass time that is relatively safe. Will be without transport

I suggest you take a look over in the Los Angeles forum. It depends on your luggage situation - there is a bus that runs down Sepulveda that will take you to Manhattan Beach Blvd and then you could walk the mile to the beach - bu tnot with luggage

Please add me to come out meet us in PHX. We are live there in PHX for 3 years from now. We been move out from FL years ago. If you guys chance to come out join us for spotting at PHX airport or something else good place to go. I know one where you guys go there at Dessert Ridge Marriott hotel and it is right near Dessert Ridge Shopping center next to AMC movies theatres.
