Thanks Mike,

It was the placeholder (UA segments) that is strange to me. Now I understand, many thanks, leave it as SQ 26,

Sebastian

I'll earn 20 PPS sectors and untold FF miles split strategically among UA M+, LH M&M, and BD DC. It's all in C and F except VNO-CPH-FRA-CAI in Y (most likely to be upgraded to C) and the total cost is less than US$4000.

So, please count me in. If it's as good as the 2004 SIN-DO, it will be worth it. (I missed 2005.)
Nice trip. I hope you have some showers between SFO and SFO.

Sorry I got my dates mixed up. I may be coming from BKK on 14th, unlikely to be the 13th.

Even if you are on 14th Jan, it's very intriguing to join you if you do the same like this past weekend. I noticed today, again, SQ64 with SpaceBeds.

Please add me to the maybe list. Assuming I can get a client to foot part of the bill I shall try to be there.

We are still trying to find a decently priced flight. The six day stay is a pain. I like SIN, but not six days worth at a shot.

Punki, I know you and Hunki prefer quick trips, but what you have here is a great opportunity for a 2-3 day side trip somewhere. Due to some quite heavy competition, prices ex SIN are surprisingly low.

A side trip would be nice, but UA prices are still pretty high so we will wait and see if they drop a bit.

Still waiting for a SIN sale, preferrably one that allows a stopover in HKG.

We have just now been able to change our return to add a four day stopover in HKG.
This of course presumes that by January, Asiana and its pilots have straightened out their little squabble that has now involved the government.
Details will be sent to Mike under separate cover as soon as we decide when and how to get to HKG from SIN (since all the nonstops are *A, we have lots of choices).

Ms. prncess674,

You are now on the maybe list. Hope to see you in SIN again.

All,

Fares for less than 6 days should come out eventually.

And for those of you needing a plan for a side trip, HKG is a great one as is Tokyo. I know a guy who will be here after SIN Run '06 and who is usually quite keen on a bite to eat and a few bevvies afterwards.

I'm waiting too. However the difference in fares is not that great:

UA RNO-SFO-SIN Jan.12-16 $1158 Q fare
....................... Jan.12-18 $1038 V fare.

Of course last year I paid only $846 for this. (OK, this was a special fare.) However I've noticed fares to ALL UA destinations that I fly to have increased in price $100 or so in the last year.

a few adult beverages. I could be persuaded. Hoping for some cheaper fares. JFK-SIN is pricing out at $1300 right now.
