Bali-Bali
I got my surprise arriving at the house in Jakarta after Bali Do and a mileage run to Sydney and Bangkok. My SO acquired a Balinese puppy while we all had fun at Ku De Ta. He went for dinner in Ubud with family and friends. When he got to the car parked near Animale clothing store, there she was, a cute black tiny puppy, 3 metres from the car, wagging her long tail. He started to pet her, and within a minute, the neighbourhood crowd gathered, and asked him to take the puppy. They claimed the puppy has no owner. His Balinese driver assured him that the crowd told the driver (in Balinese languange) that this 7 weeks puppy is really alone in the world.
That night when we all cheered to the bubly courtesy of MANFlyer, the puppy went back into the villa at Alila Ubud. She got her room service, satay with rice. Saturday at noon, the puppy flew to Yogyakarta. Hyatt did not allow any pets, so the puppy stayed with a friend for the next two days. While I arrived in Sydney, the puppy arrived at CGK. Since then, she stays in her new home, and has a 2 year-old playmate lives next door. (Warda's doggie... you all remember my friend Warda from the dinner right? She lives next door from us. We actually have a connecting backyard door, so the puppy and her dog can easily play from one backyard to another backyard.)
My SO named the puppy as Bali-Bali.

For adventures out of Seoul, we could trek up to the DMZ or take the new KTX high-speed train. Seoul seems to have good hotels in a bunch of different brands: JW Marriott, (brand new) PH and GH, W, RC.
Anyone in?
