A bit of history here....I selected Humperdink's because this location (when it was originally opened as the Coppertank Brewery many moons ago) is where I got the nickname I use on FT. :)

RichardInSF, you're in town on 4/26 - I can meet up with you somewhere on that date, if you would like. How about starting a separate thread to see who else wants to meet up?

We will definitely need a reservation for Abacus so we might be forced to adjust since this is their third-busiest night of the week.

I would be happy to make the reservation as we get closer to the actual date since I've got some ties/history with the restaurant and can request a server, etc. ;)

My flight arrives at DFW at 6:30pm, so perhaps we could move the reservation just a bit later on the 19th?

No issues with that here. I would suggest we get a head count and perhaps meet at Best Cellars first so if folks just want to happy hour and opt out for the dinner (since Abacus isn't everyone's cuppa in either style or price) then we can include the downtown work set as well.

So many great tastes that trying even half of the dishes that look appealing means that there's no need to venture into the Big Plates, though most of them look quite delicious too.

Unless something happens to him, we're going to meet for dinner this Thursday (4/7) at 5 p.m. at Cool River in Las Colinas. Any and all FTers are invited to join us.

I'm out in CA until Friday, so I'll miss dinner this week.

The 23rd is iffy for me... we are likely moving into our new office that weekend so I'll probably be very preoccupied.
