And I booked LH, hoping to travel with you....

I'd been keeping my eye on this hoping that I could coordinate my travel that week with my travel that weekend. Alas, I have a conference in Boston and the panel I am on was scheduled for late in the day on Friday so I wouldn't make it over until Saturday afternoon or sometime on Sunday morning. :mad:

I will make a DUS Do sooner or later though... maybe next year?

ConditionOne, sorry you can't make it this year. Hopefully you'll be able to make it next. What's the 24-hour comment though? I'm confused. You leave the 23rd/24th (Wed/Thurs) & not back until the 28th (Mon) - that's an entire weekend.

A couple of us were having a nice time trying to get Condition One on a mileage run. :o

The $900 v fare that KathyWdrf and magic111 found was for a departure date of June 25th returning the 27th (~24 hours). The dates that I was originally looking for (6/23-28) has a much higher fare.

I admit, $900 (with taxes) isn't a particularly bad deal. Unfortunately, international MR's are completely out of the question for me.

I hope we are still going.

I’m in urgent need to have at least a „proximate“ number of participants to do the planning. There is too many undecided or too many of the “definites” I never heard from again. I even got a phone call from the Nikko, that they’d only hold three reservations at the FT rate as of now.

Since parts of the program would be chartered events (like the river cruise, or the knights dinner) I guess it would be too expensive, if there’d be some 30 persons having to pay for an event that was planned for 40 – 45.

So please once again confirm or get decided … so I could do my “homework”.
