For our next trick, let's go to M&S Grille right downtown by the Metro Center stop. Here's the catch. They probably will want to know how many people will be there, so do let me know if you are going to attend. Let's do this thing on October 17, which is, as you can guess, the third Thursday in October.

Why not a Friday? That's a good question, I just figured that folks would have plans on that night and wouldn't come. But I am game for anything. I'm a pretty casual guy so if you want to do it on a Friday, then we'll do it on a Friday. And since we're tossing out ideas, what do you folks say we do it at Dave and Busters up in Rockville? That place can be a lot of fun!

A bunch of friends and I did a big birthday party dinner at D&B's a couple years ago. I think there were 14 of us. We waited over 3 hours for a table.
It is a fun place but it gets extremely crowded on weekend nights.
btw, just found this thread. I have plans for that weekend but might try and catch up to yous another time.

Okay... Bringing this back to the top... it's wed afternoon and wondering will there be something tomorrow (thurs) night at Staccato or Fri night at places to be decided.... anyone?

Okay, I will call the M&S Grille and see what they tell me for both Thursday and Friday. I am thinking that Friday might be difficult to do and that Thursday might be better. To the Linders, if I pull Friday off, Char better be there =)
