Spiff et al,
It is not quite as elegant as our own Markbach would do, but........
You have a web page at:
http://www.twics.com/~mjm/sin.html
I cvan update it with fresh info as needed if people e-mail me the info.
Have fun and I wish I was going to be there with you guys.

mjm, that rocks!!! Thank you!
We will just have to squeeze all the SIN fun you would have had into the 4 or so hours of layover that most of us will have through lounge parties and Narita City. Have you booked your "ticket" yet?

Hey its not the same without an event webpage, and this is no mere event. This is SIN!
Spiff and essxjay details added to the SIN Run 2002 Web Page.
Looking forward to a cool one(s) in NRT City with any SINners venturing into town.

Guy Betsy is not ??? ! I'm local (sort of).
Question about dinner: Local with outdoor, by the road seating?
Or Local in a garden setting? ie botantical gardens? (But need a cab to get to and hope it doesnt rain)
Or in a Chinese ie Chinatown restaurant ?
Or in a seafood restaurant for famous (and messy) chilli crab?

My vote would be for as close to indiginous cuisine as possible. Hell, my first choice would be to hit the markets and the hawker stands! The chili crabs are definitely at the top of my "to try" list along with laksa. (And you know me well enough to know I'll hunt down good congee if it is anywhere to be found!)
I think definitely close to other activity would be best... and near easy transport. Based on past experience, I'm sure some folks will want to bolt early to get to sleep for the early morning flights the next day while others of us will stay up and out half the night.

My vote is for as local as is safely possible. I can get Chinese food here in SDF even.
