Please add me to the confirmed list. I got a Priceline room at the Renaissance Madison for $56/night. It was going to cost me 80+k Marrioreward points.

I believe I paid $8 one way for a Grey Line bus from downtown to SEA. Took ~45 min.
The SEA->Downtown run was a comp...in the chexmobile no less! |
dogstar et al that may not have booked rooms yet this thread may unlock a minor mystery. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/mad.gif
Seems the Elliot Grande Hyatt may be gettable at $40 on PL by bidding as 3*? ------------------ ~ Glen ~ [This message has been edited by ozstamps (edited 07-02-2002).] |
This may be the case, but I want to see this verified. Having stayed in 3* PL hotels in SEA as well as 4*, there is no way the Grand Hyatt rates 3*s. The poster has not yet verified whether he/she was upgraded.

Alas, please remove me and Ms. rtpflyer from the "maybe" list. I will have to visit my 94 year old father that weekend instead.

Even the 194 express bus only takes 33 mins to get downtown:

If you're in the D.C. area and still on the fence and like/are willing to fly Delta, here's an upgradable K fare for $245-251:

I love Oregon wines. I hear there is a great wine store on First Ave. in Seattle. Is this close to downtown?
Are there any 'boutique' wine stores close to downtown? I DOO http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif know of a store across the street from Pike's Place. LarryU? Missy? anyone? Dan |
