I spent over an hour to read all posts in this thread and then ask myself - what the heck am I doing?

There were some crazy posts in CO forum couple weeks ago related to this flame war. Very disturbing. I will stay out of Buzz! and please don't bring that nonsense to CO forum again.

OnePassLover is my only handle. Don’t know why I pick it but really hate it now. Is there any way to change my user name while still be a “member”, not “new member”?

In answer to you question WWPD (what would Punki do?), in this case she can't think of anything to do but pray that it won't be long before "This too shall pass".

My world has been greatly enriched by the wonderful people I have (in real life) met through this board (Oz included). They are all bright, kind, funny, well educated, have excellent manners and are far beyond this, whatever "this" is. It makes me wonder if we haven't somehow slipped into a negative parallel universe, alla StarTrek, where none of us are as we really are.

My heart says enough is enough, but I lack the eloquence to break the barriers of battle, so I will just give it up to one who is wiser, more patient and loving than I.

ozstamps - there seems to be an easy resolution to this. In order to settle this and just move on, why not post a simple message listing the other handles you have used? That wouldn't hurt anyone, but would demonstrate your sincerity, and would encourage other people also using handles to come forward.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would respond directly to this request on the board, as it seems it would perhaps clear things up somewhat! Thanks!!!

Oz: Let me get this straight: You use false handles to make up people in order to personally bash people (like Catman), to say "me too" to your own postings, and even to hold out hope of coupon exchanges and get-togehters. Then you get caught red-handed doing same.

IP logging ends up being turned on as a direct result of your abhorrent practice and now you want credit for IP logging?!?!??!

That's a bit too much like a murderer taking credit for the idea of the death penalty if you ask me...

Kokonutz. What's past is past. So are the actions of a flaming troll called Karl Stevens that someone VERY vocal on my case lately (!) admitted to having yesterday as a fake ID. I do not see you or others pursuing that one? Indeed THE most outspoken person on this thread responded with a smiley 4 minutes later to the post. Memories are selective things it seems! If things are to move on, the IP logging (one of your suggestions and I give you credit for it) needs to be given a chance.

Yes, perversely I may have precipitated it. And yes, Wonderland may be the first 'test'. Give it a chance. See if it works.
