As you can guess by my username, I'm a Librarian. I work at a K-8 Catholic School. I also travel to schools, districts, and even corporations giving presentations on the Holocaust, literature, educational Internet resources. I'm now the Library Sciences host at http://www.bellaonline.com/career/pr...brary_sciences

I'm a Communications Supervisor for Vallejo Police, in the SF Bay area. We work a 4 day week, allowing me plenty of 3 day weekends to fly off somewhere.

Shift work actually has some benefits (I work nights), in that I get 7 weeks a year vacation (some of that to compensate for holidays), and can take my overtime hours as "time" to travel even more.

Tom

I am self-employed as a professional temp or is that a temp professional (I am a pharmacist)?

Currently, all my business travel is behind the wheel of my trusty Land Rover. The business flyer in my household is my wife; but I am in charge all travel sales, promotions, bonus points....

Currently looking to expand into other states. (beyond the 'state of confusion')

Based on my experience from my "previous job" , let me add: "And a very good one!"

I do installation, training and support of accounting software specifically designed for the Concrete, Aggregate (Sand & Stone) and Asphalt system. Talk about your niche markets!

Unpaid work: Currently President of Northampton Little League. Expect to return next year also, pending our annual election.

Favorite work: Being daddy to Caitlin, Victoria and Patrick.

I am a non-profit development consultant. I help non profit organizations raise money, build relationships, enroll community leaders, and generally expand their ability to serve . My work has given me the opportunity to help with substantial environmental projects, work on behalf of special needs children, promote alternative healing modalities, help the poor-particularly in Jerusalem and the Holy Land, etc.

A lot of my work right now is with an organization of very unique wealthy people called More than Money <http://www.morethanmoney.org> which promotes giving and provides a safe community for wealthy people to discuss their desire to do good in the world and the things that hold them back. Our work is responsible for many people deciding to commit a great deal of their personal wealth to the common good, and this is the source of a lot of joy for me. Our offices are in Arlington, MA so much of my travel is between my home in NM and BOS, although I also get to SFO and the silicon valley every few months. I almost never travel for vacation, vastly preferring to stay home on my farm.

I'm a Senior Consultant (Marketing) specializing in retailer network optimization for "the leading global supplier of computerized on-line lottery products and services supplying and/or operating lottery systems for customers on six continents." It's a fun industry.
