Union official. I go to meetings, conferences, and conventions, at which I sometimes fall asleep. Sometimes I go to labor disputes to help the members rally and protest. At this point almost half my travel is vacation-related. My old job was more exciting and more lucrative, but I have less stress now.

I don't know if it counts for much, but I am an Executive Secretary for Kemper Insurance.

I am also a college student - trying to figure out just what it is that I want to do, I know that I would like to go in to something in computers, with ocassional travel, not too frequent though, cause I am a single mother too. Anyone got any ideas for me?

Is that enough? LOL

Starbaby84, you're a single mom, going to college AND working. Yes, I would say that is more than enough Good for you.

What about working for an airline doing something with computers? I think airline employees and close family get all sorts of free or deeply discounted travel.

Working for an airline with computers doesn't sound bad. What would I do though? I think I want to be a computer GEEK, it sounds sooo cool.

I work for the USPS as a mail carrier, I do get to travel a lot, but not necessarily the way I would like to. I would prefer flying in the air like one of those eagles I love my job & the people I serve everyday!
