Glad to see everyone is having fun. I'm traveling the long way today, BOS-LAX to catch a much safer connection in Miami tomorrow (had 1 hour with crappy weather on the way)

Earlier in the thread, I had requested a list of the wine pairings for the farewell lunch (I guess that request was a bit too early) If someone would also post the wines poured today at the charity tasting it would be most appreciative for those of us that are following from afar. Enjoy the cow do !

Oops! There was some very heavy ‘cowing’ this evening, with a nice amount of grape juice as well. I believe everyone was happy with the food assortment and we had a great time.

Some brave souls joined me and tried some sweetbreads and chinchulines. And we even had a resident photographer, maybe they care to share some pics?

Happy to read that some got creative with the Menu and that you had a good time !!! Given the time stamp on posts and PMs Ive seen, it looks to have been a loooong dinner

Folks... friendly reminder to everybody to PLEASE re-confirm your attendance to the Monday Lunch. I need to speak to the Restaurant later today (Sunday) to give them a as close as possible headcount for tomorrow's lunch program.
