I'm skipping the donuts (too early and too much sugar) but I'll join people at Makers Mark (although I've already done a tasting of their good stuff, through my local wine club a couple years ago).

Zorak and I are going to do the 11am tour at Town Branch Distillery (Alltech Brewing and Distilling) http://www.kentuckyale.com/tour. There are still spaces available for 11am and 12pm tours. Others free at that time are welcome.

I'm landing in SDF just before 2, so I'm guessing I won't be able to make it to Maker's. What is planned after the bourbon tours? Keeneland?

Before dinner in Midway, no one seems to have firm plans. I'd be up for a beer late afternoon.

What are people doing this afternoon? I'm currently back at the Four Points to quickly check on some work stuff, and then I'm planning to head out to do something. Maybe Berea College or Makers Mark for the Chihuly and I'm also inclined to try to find a wine store for tomorrow and maybe drop by AAA for some better maps and local information.

Makers closes at 3:30 I think. Check the website.

Four Roses distillery is not too far. But always call in case they are full or under construction.

I may be able to hit a brewpub/bar late afternoon. Ethereal, Country Boy, or Beer Trappe.
