USA is in the main group at the top of the list.....

Yes please.
It does help planning and advising the venues how many people will show up.
Saturday night has limited seats. As post 3, we may not be able to get more seats if we exceed the limit. People who sign up will get the first seats.

Booked and paid for our events and we are doing the self drive option Airport to Crowne Plaza on Friday and from Crowne Plaza to FighterWorld and then to Airport on Sunday.

Hertz Mystery Vehicle - Auto (this should at least get me a compact car ) was by far the cheapest and we don't care what we drive. We may have space for those travelling from NTL around the same time as our flights (5:15pm Sun), but won't be able to confirm until we get the car on Friday. would be a max of 2 including luggage

For those considering or doing the same, there is an independent service station at the corner of "Airport Drive" - so about 500m from drop off. List of available ones here: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=n...petrol+station

Accomodation confirmed for us at CP Newcastle (hotel central). Very much doubt our Suite will be party central this year for the post-Saturday dinner drinks - unlike our Suite at DoubleTree Alice Springs

I guess that our hosts can mark monitor and frantic as Platinum since we are now registered for the day trip to the Hunter Valley along with all the dinners. Staying at the CP along with the rest of this crowd.

Visiting the RAAF facility is still up in the air and largely depends on the condition of some reconstructed knees.

Mr Falconea and I will have to go to bronze due to family commitments.

We are still happy to do the name tags, though!

Alas, QF WP it is. If only could persuade Mr Falconea's mother to get younger instead of older....

Best transfer option NTL-city is Newcastle Hire Cars. Usually $5-$10 cheaper than a taxi and infinitely more reliable/ pleasant.

Eg: Taxi from NTL to my home $65+, Hire cars $57.

No
Have changed a setting, so should be OK now
Number of people x activities booked was more than the default setting.
