Starting September 1, 2019 the complimentary 4th night benefit can be used up to two times per calendar year. Bookings made prior to September 1, 2019, will not count toward your two-stay cap for 2019. Starting September 1, 2019 bookings for the 4th night benefit must be made exclusively by visiting thankyou.com or calling 1 800 THANKYOU. Citi Concierge will no longer handle new 4th night benefit bookings but will continue to support bookings made prior to September 1, 2019. To utilize your benefit through our online travel site, and/or have the option to use your ThankYou points, please visit thankyou.com, select travel in the top menu bar, select hotels, choose hotel designated as “Complimentary 4th Night Eligible”, book at least 4 nights, see savings at checkout. Starting for reservations made on or after July 23, 2017, this benefit will give you the average nightly rate on stays of 4+ nights, and will NOT include taxes.
Reimbursement times vary but seem to have improved in 2017, now about 2 weeks is most common. See this thread for details.

i sent one in on 8/30 then two on 8/3115 minutes apart, only got the 2nd request (1st one on 8/31 late afternoon pacific time) one not sure if it’s because the one sent on 8/30 and 2nd one on 8/31 have conflicting dates and they’re waiting to finish to contact me. Never sent in conflicting dates but not sure of travel plan this time hopefully it’ll work out...

When I called to provide info the concierge requested, I asked about the emails I had yet to receive a response about. She said the email was received unless I received an undeliverable message, and she said “keep your record of sending the email but please, please, please do not resend it, a lot of people sent the same request multiple times because we were not able to respond as quickly as usual”.
My sense (based solely on the confirmations I have received and order I sent reservation requests) is that they are working through the queue based on the date of the stay and not in the order emails were received.

I got a reply to my email request 8/30 saying I would have a reservation confirm by the 2nd but nothing as yet.

I sent 3 reservations to the concierge at around 4pm PT on Aug 31st via email. Still haven't heard anything back.

Finally called in today.
My bookings were assigned CASE ID numbers but the rep didn’t understand why they were not booked.
She said she will get them booked within the next 24 hours.
CALL THEM IF YOUR EMAIL HASNT BEEN ANSWERED as she Told me she thought they were finished booking all of the last minute emails.
