Yes, it's considered part of the minimum spend.

I am no longer seeing the Voyager card as an option on Citi.com or Expedia. I still see the no annual fee Expedia Rewards card available. Is the Voyager card dead? Or is this just an example of Citi pulling applications for a potential refresh?

I'll let you in about two months. I normally buy a $100 Delta eGC at the beginning of February, and the charge is reimbursed in my March billing cycle. Been doing it since 2016.

Update: Bought a $100 Delta eGC on 3/5/19. Received a "Airline/Global Entry Fee Credit" for $100 on my 4/2/19 billing cycle closing date.

Credit got triggered

Edit 11/13/2019: Wanted to give an update. The $100 SW GC triggered Citi's airline credit. Took 1 statement cycle.

I will attempt to buy a $100 SW eGC in a few days and I will report back. I'm still waiting for the card to arrive.

Anyone tried Buying a less than $100 southwest airline flight and seeing if that works for the travel credit?

Any other data points on airline gift cards with the travel credit? If we can double dip the 1st year it would
be great to know which gift cards work before the end of the year.

When you say it "took 1 statement cycle", do you mean that the credit posted on the same statement that the purchase did, or that the credit posted on the statement AFTER the purchase posted? If it's the latter, then none of us getting the Black Friday deal this week will be able to get credits before the New Year. Any DP's to counter?

Anyone know how long the card takes to arrive? They sent the approval letter via UPS Next Day Air which seemed odd, that got here Monday, so I was expecting them to send the card quickly as well but it could also be their standard 7-8 day card delivery.

The UPS next day air is just the approval letter, as silly as that sounds. I applied for this card on November 26th and only got it in the mail today (15 days total).

Any recent datapoints on buying gift cards to trigger the airline credit? I am thinking of getting a $50 Delta and/or $50 Southwest gift cards.
