Good on 'ya, mate.

It is amazing how many people, in all different occupations, find it nearly impossible to say the words "I don't know." Even better, as you point out, is the longer phrase "I don't know, but I'll find out." It's one of those magic phrases which can defuse just about any tense situation.

Excellent response, the correct one too. ^

Wish more people would admit it when they don't know something and then take a minute to get the correct answer instead of spewing Bravo Sierra.

I can spew a quite respectable stream of bravo sierra when the situation calls for it, but in this situation, the truth and correct info are the best way to go! Thanks SDF.
