Basic Entry Information:
If you have never used a Priority Pass lounge click HERE to read how it works.

philemer's PP card arrived 20 days following approval of CSR. Others have reported an even quicker delivery. Yes, it comes via USPS.
Authorized User will receive their own PP card.

The PP Select membership offered through the CSR now includes digital pass access. Sign up in advance here: https://www.prioritypass.com/chasedmc
Note: Some lounges may not accept the digital pass. Make sure to check the PP lounge directory details for the specific lounge you plan on visiting.

To sign up for Priority Pass Select, as soon as the account shows up online:
1. Click on Go To Ultimate Rewards.
2. Scroll down to the very bottom left and click on "Card Benefits"
3. Activate Membership to request card.
4. Card can't be expedited. Some members have reported success in charging the lounge access to their CSR account and requesting a refund from Customer Service. However, others have reported that the lounge access was refunded via the travel credit.

Am I correct in understanding that the CSR PP is not available for the app. One must have physical card to show?

Yes... that's correct. Citi/Amex allow app access, Chase CSR does not.

Yes correct you need to show the physical card, but the app can be good to help locate lounges in airports you're in.

I got into Boardroom at LAX in November, in the morning. Not missing much if you don't get in. Certainly not worth paying for.

I used the PP for Plaza Premium lounges at YVR and HKG (which had a line out the door).

Yeah I was flying to JFK from Gatwick and was denied entry due to overcrowding. Haven't been able to access any lounges other than one in Seattle which was very basic. Not sure the PP perk is really a selling point anymore.

Applied and approved on 3 February; requested Priority Pass membership a couple of hours later. No card yet.

I haven't received my Priority Pass Select card yet, but I have my membership # and expiration. Has anyone tried getting into the lounge with just the membership number and name (obviously, I have photo ID)? Thanks.

Edit: I know that the policy is that you must have the card. I'm just asking if it's anyone's asked the guard whether he can just input his membership ID.

How do you have your # and expiration? I emailed Priority Pass and they said they didn't have that information.

I called Priority Pass and they were able to give me my # and expiration once they verified my name and address. I was even able to register on their website and log in with the phone app, but since it's through my CSR, there is no digital card available...

I may give that a try, although the email back to me said that since it was a membership through a credit card they had no record. Which I thought weird.

That is weird. In any case, I called (866) 263-4292. Good luck.

Chase outsourced their Priority Pass contract. I forget the name of the benefit manager, but it is somewhere earlier in the thread. That is, apparently, a reason that the virtual card feature is missing.

If my memory serves, they outsourced it to Card Benefit Services, the same group that deals with the insurance claims.
