I am interested in this card, but I think I am gonna wait till we have a real landing page indicating the bonus, I know its probably fine, but I am not in that much of a hurry.

I will. I eat out for lunch and dinner practically every day. I also fly to Cleveland from Charlotte several times per year, and to Vegas once or twice per year. Then factor in all of the other traveling that I do. This card will be well worth it for me.

30 day message for me. I already called recon and the lady said nothing she could do to push it through. I think I was at 4/24, not CPC, 750ish FICO, ~$70k income. I am already pretty extended with Chase credit - overall Chase credit limit is about $20k. I'll happily move credit around to get 100k bonus.

Guys,,,, The offer online still doesn't have the 100,000 bonus language ....I think I will apply at the bank.

Basically same result that I had (3/24, roughly same FICO, higher income but also higher credit limit right now). Called and told to wait for the letter because he "couldn't get into my application". May try again later, but I am somewhat encouraged by the fact that the 5/24 people are being told immediately over the phone that they are denied while people like you and I are still sitting "pending". I'm also happy to move credit around, I have $36k on my CSP that I can drop to like $10k when I switch it to FU.

Does anybody have prior experience with pending due to address verification? both the banker in-branch and recon guy told me they thought that could be the reason. I don't understand why that can't be done in-branch, online, by fax or over the phone.

If you go into the bank and have a Private client account, can that get you around the 5/24 rule?

Applied via link and got pending review. Called reconsideration line, moved some credit and was recommended for approval. Believe I am at 4/24 based off 2 cards falling off report in July.

I called reconsideration less than 5 minutes after getting the "Pending" status. Approved after about 5 minutes on the phone.

Called Chase - rep said can't just yet apply on the phone but said application should be available online (which I knew :-)) but also confirmed that 100k was standard for all applications.

I applied and was approved instantly for 16K. I am well under 5/24...

Got "7-10 days" message. Way over 5/24. I won't bother to call.

Approved 4/24 but maybe 3/24 because I opened amex platinum in July. It said will arrive 7-10 days.
