Oh boy, yet another outfit using mobile site design for desktop users. There was waaaaaay more information on the screen before. The new site would be nice on a small screen, but on a computer it just makes me go clicking around to find stuff that was sitting in front of my face on the old one.
Still no original currency information on the transaction view, though. Come on, Chase. (Yeah, I know it's on the statement)

Basically the new site makes you click thru 3 steps to get to anything you really need.
You can get back the old lay out if you have business accounts by having the personal accounts displayed under business log in.
Do this at the branch is much better than do it via the web support. The branch somehow can have the personal accounts show under business log in but ALSO retain the existing personal log in, versus disabled it if it is done by Web Support.
Note the linked external accounts would not moved over. If you want them to be under business log in, you need to FIRST delete them under personal log in, then to add it back to under business log in, presumably after 24 hours. Else Chase system would keep telling you the external account is linked to another account and prevent you from adding it to the business log in.

Ugh... I got switched. The poster who said it should be called "Optimized by Fisher-Price" would be correct.
Definitely LESS functional than before. The old site wasn't exactly attractive, but it had everything I was looking for. AND it worked! The new one doesn't. If I click on Ultimate Rewards, I get a "Request Entity Too Large" error.

I hate the new layout, I can't see info that was previously displayed or it takes like 10 clicks to get to it. I hope they reconsider and go back..
It actually feels like the new design is older than the old one. just terrible. who comes up with these ideas?

Horrible new website! I can't even log in using Firefox on my work desktop; I have Ad Block Plus and NoScript running, and even when I disable Ad Block Plus and configure NoScript to allow all scripts on chase.com to run, the site tells me I have Javascript disabled and won't let me log in. I have to log in using Chrome instead. And the new site is uglier and less intuitive than the old one was.
Why do companies "fix" websites that aren't broken?
