Chase Private Clients may be pre-approved for better or different offers, it's worth asking your banker.

My math says a 50K offer. Where do the extra points come from?
The extra 5000 points come from adding an authorized user after you have been approved for the card.
no longer available

Is there a business card?
Yes, and Flyertalk has a thread devoted to the business card: United business card currently offering 30K miles: United MP Business card: public offer now 50K miles!!

Can I apply for this card and earn the bonus after doing so previously?
How long should I wait between canceling a card and then reapplying?
What's the Chase "5/24" policy I keep hearing about?
Now that I've completed the required spend, when will my signup bonus post?

See the wiki and related discussion in Applying for Chase Credit Cards, 2017 onward

Where can I find an online copy of the guide to the card's benefits (such as purchase protection, car rental CDW coverage, etc.)?
Go to https://www.chasebenefits.com/unitedVW4

A few of the best features of the card include priority boarding, a free checked bag, and increased award ticket availability. Priority boarding and the free checked bag for cardholders is included even on the new "basic economy" fares.

For discussion of Mileage Plus benefits, see the master thread in the United forum, found here: United MileagePlus Master Wiki

No mileage earnings here in at least a year. Got an offer for either Mileage Plus Club card with annual fee waived for first year or Mileage Plus card with 50K signup bonus.

How long after closure does the card fall off the Chase website? Closed in Feb but still shows in the list of accounts... does say closed though.

Got the offer via mail but it's $2000 spend in 3 months.

Too bad I've already applied for 4 cards in the last 2 years... or does mailed offers skip this chase validation??

Applied went to 2week notice, then 30 days. Approved at about 16 days.

Do not call to speak to someone.

I applied on 4/2 and was instantly approved having 6 new credit cards within the last 12 months. I applied via a link in a post card I got a few days after signing up for MileagePlus dining.

Also, just got another post card in the mail for 50K with $2k spend in 3 months. The link is http://unitedexplorercard.com/aap5 and expires June 15, 2016.

Still haven't heard anything. I applied on 4/3. Any thoughts?

Also, today I got a targeted mailer for this card for 50K points. When I applied online it was only for 30K points. Any chance that they would switch it for me or did I miss my shot?

Thanks guys

There should have been a code on the mailer, did you use that?

No code, but it does give me a unique link to apply at and says when I log in with my MP account, it'll be there. I got the mailer after I applied though, so I am not sure if it would work?

I also received a mailer that offers 50K after only $2,000 in purchases rather than the $3,000. Still has the 5K bonus after adding AU and making a purchase in the first 3 months. I had to login with my United credentials but it took me to a publicly available link, same as the one in the wiki. There is no code as others have already mentioned.

Just received my MileagePlus Explorer Card last week. But when I tried to add an additional user, I got an error message:

Unable to Add Authorized User
The Authorized User you submitted does not meet our eligibility criteria. If you feel you are receiving this message in error, please click "Add Another User" to re-enter your request. You can also call the number on the back of your card to speak to a customer service specialist.

Anyone experienced this situation before? Should I call the contact the customer service?

Many reports of people having trouble adding an AU to Chase cards last week. Looks like there is or was a system glitch.

Got the offer too, but I just applied for the 30,000 card - still waiting for cards in mail. Can I ask them to give me the 50,000 offer?
