How long will this 80k point offer be going on?? I want to apply towards the end of the month..also is it regular to see the app screen and nothing about 80k, has me worried.

I got it as a targeted offer three years ago. And the 60K offer is even older. So, chances are that this offer will be available for a long time.

Hi,
Question for the folks that have applied for this card in the past. I applied for this card on Nov 1, received my card on the 6th or 7th, activated and today have met the $1000 spend requirement.
When does the points typically post for meeting the spend? Is that at the bill cycle or maybe in the next few days/week since I have met the spend requirement.
I'm looking to use the points to book a reward room in Mid December and was wondering if I will be able to.

A. Bonus points typically accrue at the close of the billing period in which you incur the corresponding charges. Points should appear in your IHG RC account within a day or two thereafter.
NOTE: If you complete your $1000 required spending within 7-10 days of your statement close, the bonus may not post until the following month's statement, even if the regular per-dollar points post on the first statement. This is normal behavior for Chase and is not worth a phone call.

Hey all, I received the card 1 week ago and have already received my statement (dang that was fast!) and was confirmed that I will get the 80k but it will probably be the next statement. Thanks for the wiki at the beginning that answered my questions before I started on this journey. Now if I could only find a freaking store with beans that will accept my cards! New people, READ before asking any questions!

They send it to you in a welcome pkg seperately from your card. You can also read it online with your member # and log in info. Look around the site.

Im assuming you mean the IHG account, cause I know Chase doesnt post it on there sit, I asked by SM to confirm my deal, nothing yet.
